Objective of the study: To compare results circumcision by open technique and Plastibell in male babies. Methods: In this randomized controlled interventional study, 1440 babies whose was done as religious rite were divided into two groups. Group A underwent whereas group B method. Results: Majority 720 (50%) age 6-8 weeks. Compared with method, significantly less number patients plastibel method experienced moderate pain (47.91% versus 35% p value .00001 severe 31.94% 9.02% .00001.Rate wound infection plastibell 2.77% 4.86% .020. However more needed re-do 4.02% 1.94% .0202. Overall greater parent’s satisfaction attained Conclusion: has many advantages over terms post op pain, infection, cosmetic however will need compared conventional Keywords: Circumcision, technique, Plastibell, post-op complications
